The event, which took place online, attracted a diverse audience of academics, students, and industry professionals eager to learn about the latest research and developments in the field of AI.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"881\"><strong data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"881\">Innovation and Reclamation in Language Model Use<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"1487\">The first speaker, <strong>Chiara Ferrando<\/strong> from the Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia, presented her study titled <strong>&#8220;The Phenomenon of Slurs Reclamation: A study on Italian LGBTQ+ Reclaimed Uses with Large Language Models&#8221;.<\/strong> Ferrando explored how Large Language Models can be used to better understand the reclamation of pejorative terms within the Italian LGBTQ+ community. This study examines how spatial statistics can be used to optimize the management and deployment of emergency health vehicles.
