Platform for the development of specialized ChatBots: SEMANTICBOTS

Spin-off dedicated to the development of chatbots. The main novelty of this solution is the use of knowledge graphs for the representation of the data of each vertical, combined with natural processing tools that allow linking user requests with the knowledge graph of each customer. Research is currently underway on the integration of the current platform with recent large language models such as GPT-3 or chatGPT.
