Title: Scheduling 4.0: Energy, Learning, and Transparency

Industry 4.0 requires scheduling solutions capable of optimizing production performance, minimizing energy consumption, and generating user confidence. The basis of scheduling is to design heuristics and metaheuristics for multi-objective optimisation that incorporate learning mechanisms based on historical information (solutions, characteristics, instances, etc.), which dynamically guide the selection of operators and parameters to reduce energy consumption and makepan. Finally, explainability systems will be developed that, both in an integrated and post hoc manner, will offer clear interpretations of energy and operational trade-offs, allowing us to understand why the metaheuristic chooses certain solution paths. The synergy between metaheuristics, adaptive learning, and energy transparency will enable smarter and more sustainable industrial scheduling.

Title: Revital-IA: Artificial Intelligence for the socio-economic revitalisation of small and medium-sized municipalities in Valencia

The Revital-IA project, jointly coordinated by Wonderbits and the Provincial Council of Valencia, has the main objective of applying Artificial Intelligence to public databases in order to revitalise rural areas, optimise resources and promote digital talent in municipalities at risk of depopulation.
