Artificial Intelligence Innovation Alliance

The objective of this project is to launch the Artificial Intelligence Innovation Alliance (AIIA), as a community of innovation in Artificial Intelligence in which researchers, students and professionals from universities, research centers, companies and entities interested in innovation in Artificial Intelligence, with the final objective of promoting the dissemination, exchange of knowledge and technology, and articulating cooperation and the generation of synergies around AI in the Valencian Innovation System.

The Artificial Intelligence Innovation Alliance (AIIA) will seek to:

Enable coordination and cooperation between agents of the Valencian Innovation System.
Increase the participation of the agents of the Valencian Innovation System in R&D projects and programs.
Promote the internationalization in terms of R&D of the agents of the Valencian Innovation System.
Facilitate the promotion and dissemination of R&D among the companies of the Valencian Community.

Prioritizing activities such as:

Carrying out activities to promote and disseminate scientific-technological knowledge with wide repercussions.
Actions to stimulate cooperation between companies and/or agents of the Valencian Innovation System.

Actions will also be carried out to:

Promotion of participation in internationalization activities of R&D with repercussions in the business fabric of the Valencian Community.
Start-up and development of new R&D services provided by the agents of the Valencian Innovation System.

AIIA Goals

Achieve a high level of cooperation in relation to research between the different agents of the AI ecosystem
Promote the application and transfer of research results in AI
Guarantee the role of VRAIN, in collaboration with ValgrAI, as a reference promoter and disseminator of AI for different profiles and audiences, as well as for the general public
Promote collaboration and cooperation with organizations and entities of the AI ecosystem, the Valencian productive fabric and the Public Administration

In addition, as the first activities of the AIIA, it will seek to integrate into the alliance other agents of the Valencian Innovation System and other initiatives that seek to join forces to change the productive model of our region.

These entities will participate in the AIIA in different ways depending on the characteristics of each organization: coordinating the organization of events and group sessions, supporting the dissemination of AIIA activities and gathering technological challenges among its members and carrying out collaborative activities. to support innovation and diffusion in AI.
