What is ValgrAI?

Valencian Graduate School and Research Network of Artificial Intelligence

We are a non-profit foundation made up of the Generalitat Valenciana, companies and the five public universities of the Valencian Community (UV, UPV, UA, UJI and UMH), coordinates AI training and research in the Comunitat Valenciana to respond to the technological needs of companies and to promote the creation of new talent in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to renew the production model of the Valencian Region.

Promote and develop postgraduate training, research and cooperation in Artificial Intelligence to contribute to economic, social and cultural development and the advancement of knowledge.

We are an international benchmark in training and research in Artificial Intelligence and related disciplines.

Why ValgrAI?

We bet on artificial intelligence and talent. And in the Valencian Region to develop and promote it.

We are made up of the Generalitat Valenciana – Conselleria de Educación, Universidades y Empleo, the companies of the board of trustees, a scientific council with top-level researchers and the 52 best researchers in Artificial Intelligence in the Valencian Community, in addition to the students who Every year they access our scholarships, master’s degrees and training courses.

This structure positions us as a firm foundation that desires to commit to social, educational, and productive change.

Objectives

The purposes of ValgrAI are:

  1. Contribute to increasing knowledge in artificial intelligence and related disciplines.
  2. Develop and support postgraduate teaching, research and studies in artificial intelligence and related disciplines.
  3. Cooperate for these purposes with universities and research centers, companies and any other natural person or public and private entity.
